From Source Code to Systems

A fuller chronology of the work, including historical products and experiments that do not belong on the main projects page.

  1. 01

    Learning through working source code

The early years were shaped by reading, modifying, and learning from real source code before formal architecture language arrived.

    Negdoor, BTGT, early experiments

  2. 02

    Becoming a production engineer

Small projects turned into production responsibility: real users, real deadlines, and the practical discipline of shipping maintainable systems.

    Mcute, Nozify, first production systems

  3. 03

    Japan, framework research, and banking

Time in Japan and framework research sharpened the move from applications toward reusable foundations and more serious enterprise constraints.

    Intelligo research, banking systems

  4. 04

    Building essential digital infrastructure

Banking work grew into frontend architecture, delivery coordination, and helping teams complete complex production systems.

Corporate banking, e-banking, online branch, queue, verification

  5. 05

    From applications to platforms

The work expanded from individual apps into SaaS, cloud products, open-source tooling, and reusable platform patterns.

    Profund, Chatbot.run, Platform.sale

  6. 06

    Building and losing a startup

Tixy was a serious startup attempt: a cloud event-management and ticketing platform that raised a ₮280M investment agreement and later shut down.

  7. 07

    Entering production AI

The next chapter moved into production AI: agents, knowledge, credits, conversations, integrations, and operational systems around AI features.

    Mazaal AI

  8. 08

Rebuilding an agentic AI SaaS platform

The work became broader engineering ownership across an agentic AI SaaS platform: application modernisation, RAG, MCP tools, voice, widget, extension, credits, and admin operations.

  9. 09

    Building public infrastructure

Today the focus is public builder infrastructure, open-source frameworks, structured education data, developer intelligence, and practical evidence tools.
