I am Turtuvshin "Turuu" Byambaa, a senior software engineer based in Ulaanbaatar. I build AI products, SaaS systems, and developer tools with founder-level ownership.
I started my career on enterprise systems, moved into consumer-facing logistics, and now run my own AI product work. The through-line is the same: take a messy real-world problem, structure it, ship a system that survives real usage.
I care about taste, performance, and substance. What I care about more: shipped behavior, data quality, and systems that stay maintainable after the launch.
Where I have been.
A short version. The full story is in the projects.

How I work.
The five modules I run in parallel.
Product Thinking
Turning unclear problems into useful software decisions.
AI Systems
Agents, RAG, workflows, evaluation, and practical AI features that solve real tasks.
SaaS Infrastructure
Auth, billing, credits, multi-tenancy, roles, subscriptions, and production-ready foundations.
Data Systems
Crawling, extraction, normalization, validation, storage, and knowledge pipelines.
Execution
Designing, building, debugging, deploying, and improving systems end to end.
What I keep coming back to.
- 01
Build real systems, not demo screens
Software should survive real users, real data, edge cases, and boring production work.
- 02
Product clarity before complexity
A clear problem beats a sophisticated architecture built too early.
- 03
Useful AI over AI hype
AI is valuable when it reduces real friction, not when added as a marketing label.
- 04
Data quality beats model magic
Most AI products fail because the knowledge, structure, and feedback loops are weak.
- 05
Distribution is part of the product
A product is not finished when it is built; it must be understood, trusted, adopted, and used.
- 06
Small teams need strong systems
Good tooling, automation, and architecture help small teams move like bigger ones without becoming slow.
